The Club
Vikingland Flying Club is a new flying club formed in Alexandria, MN beginning January of 2021. As stated above, our goals are to provide a low cost flying club to help get individuals engaged at the local airport. Club members must hold at least a Private Pilot License. The airplane is based at Alexandria Municipal Airport (AXN) in a t-hangar.
The Plane
The airplane is a 1966 Cessna C-150F. The airplane features a Garmin 250XL GPS/Comm. It is a VFR only GPS and instrument panel. The plane features a recently refreshed Continental O-200 engine with 100hp.
